NORWAY IN A NUTSHELL

The best way to see a Norwegian fjord is to follow the Norway in a Nutshell route. You take a train from Oslo to Myrdal, then hop on a cogwheel train to descend 2,800 feet from Myrdal to Flam. Hop on a cruise ship at Flam to cruise the Sognefjord, then take a bus up to Voss, where you catch a train back to Oslo.

Lots of waterfalls

Even more waterfalls

See the snow in the background? Notice I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt? I'm an idiot.
