La Giralda bell tower. Used to be a minaret tower when a mosque was here. You walk up ramps, not stairs, to get to the top. They were there so that the Muslims could ride their horses to the top for the call to prayer.

Preparing for the killing blow

Delivering the killing blow. This jackass needed six attempts to finally finish it.

A bull getting some revenge

More revenge, same bull. The horse was ok.

The last fight of the night ended with a gored thigh - look close at the left leg, the blue strip is a tourniquet. Damage was done by the same bull as the last two pictures. He went down fighting.

SAN SEBASTIAN

La Zurriola Beach

The river flowing into the ocean

Catedral del Buen Pastor

The cathedral bell tower

Buildings along the beach. Not sure what they are.

The tapas bar district

La Concha Beach

Walking to Ondarreta Beach

La Concha Beach at sunset

Pub crawl

A half-Estonian, half-Croatian Aussie flashing the west side signal in Spain. Makes perfect sense.
